The affiliation program is available to members and non members of WyWyW.net.
Registering to become an Affiliate Member will enable you to generate income by promoting the hosting packages offered by WkWyW.net. A registration form is provided for inclusion on your web site, giving your clients the means to register for the desired package, direct from your site. All affiliate members will also be listed on the registration form within the WkWyW.net site, available for selection as the referrer, so even if your clients register direct you can be nominated as the referrer and you will receive the same referral fee as you would if they registered from your own site.

Affiliate Member Registration

1. It is not a requirement to be a customer of WkWyW.net.
2. A registration form will be provided from WkWyW.net to place in the affiliates web site
3. A submitted registration form will be directed to WkWyW.net sales and a notification email will be sent to the affiliate.
4. Affiliate members will be listed on the registration form within the WkWyW.net web site and available for selection as the referrer. Registration of a customer via the WkWyW.net form with an affiliate selected as the referral will result in email notification to the affiliate.
5. Referral fees will be a % of the purchase price of the published Web Hosting Package. The referral fee is a single payment payable for the initial customer registration, no further fees will be due for subsequent renewals of registration, package upgrades or additional services.
6. Affiliates will not be entitled to a referral fee for their own registration with WkWyW.net. It is however, permitted for affiliates to make additional registrations through their respective affiliation program and receive referral fees.
7. Renewal of web hosting with WkWyW.net by an affiliate member will be discounted in accordance with the schedule detailed in the 'Referral Fees' section
8. Referral fee calculations are based on the published annual price of the related hosting package, at the time of purchase and regardless of the payment frequency selected. This amount will be credited to the affiliates account upon receiving the first customer payment.
9. All fees will be paid in GBP  
10. Affiliates must have a UK bank account
11. Payment of referral fees to the affiliate will be made when the account reaches a minimum value of  25, a higher minimum payment value can be selected if preferred.
12. In the event of the affiliates account failing to reach the minimum value, after a period between of 12 months, the affiliate has the option to carry the credit balance forward indefinitely or to request payment for the amount due.
13. Customers referred by an affiliate that default on payment to WkWyW.net within the initial 12 months of registration will result in a charge back of the full referral fee to the affiliates account.
14. In the event of the termination of this agreement full payment will be made on any outstanding credit balance 1 month after termination of the Affiliate Program Agreement. Termination can be instigated by either party at any time.

Web Hosting Package Prices

• Affiliates that are customers of WkWyW.net will be credited with 25% of the published annual price for the hosting package purchased, where the customer has registered via the affiliates program or the affiliate has been nominated as the referrer on the WkWyW.net registration form.
• Affiliates that are not customers of WkWyW.net will be credited with 15% of the published annual price for the hosting package purchased, where the customer has registered via the affiliates program or the affiliate has been nominated as the referrer on the WkWyW.net registration form.
• Customers of WkWyW.net that operate an affiliate program will be entitled to a discount on renewal of their web hosting package based on the amount of referrals during a registration period of 12 months.
• 25% for 5+ referrals

  • An additional 5% for every subsequent 5 referrals. (E.g. 10+ = 30%, 15+ 35% ......)
